Bo the Webguy here with another Tuesday Tunes Post for you!
It’s Tuesday, September 8th. Yesterday was Labor Day and hopefully a bunch of you scored the day off. Of course a lot of our Surf listeners already have every day off… good to be YOU!
Let’s run a Payday Playlist. Drop the song titles (and artists) of any tunes you’ve heard on the Surf that mention getting paid in the lyrics. I know it’s Tuesday and most of those songs love to talk about Friday and Saturday… but still.
You’ll hear most of the SURF DJs spinning these, and I’m pretty sure DJ Heavy has played every single one of them in the last few weeks. You might be surprised how many beach music songs slip “getting paid” right into the lyrics.
Fire away!
