1985 or 86. Buggs Island Beach Music Festival during Clarksville Virginia’s Lake Festival.
1979 Emerald Isle Beach Music Festival Will never forget the Chairmen that day!
Patrick A, I am replying to a comment that you posted about the 1979 Emerald Isle Beach Music Festival. There are a few of us trying to find out some information on this and in hopes you might be able to help. Was this the 1st one in Emerald Isle at the Holiday Trav-l Park? If so I also attended this one. Do you know if this was the one that was held in October? Do you remember Gene Barbour and the Cavaliers playing that day? If you could please let me know if you know the answers to these questions we would really love to hear from you about this. You are the first person that we have been able to track down that might know these things. I am sending this on 11/10/2021.
